AREF Investment Group is strongly committed towards adopting and applying good corporate governance principles aligned with legal and regulatory requirements; in particular those defined by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and other guidelines in that regard. Principles of corporate governance includes best practices and practical applications to the best international standards that will contribute to the promotion of growth and success and development of its work and activities.

The company as a whole, along with the Board, Senior Management and all employees are collectively responsible for integrating the Corporate Governance principles and rules into their day- to- day activities.
